Who’s going to marry today? No one? But I was hearing wedding bells! Oh, it’s TCP’s theme for this week, wedding movies. Honestly, I thought of My Best Friend’s Wedding, but that would be an easy choice. The next wedding movie that I like is The Wedding Singer. It is from that movie that I learned about the song TRUE by Spandau Ballet:

And did you know that this song has been to a lot of movies? I heard it from Wedding Singer, 50 First Dates, Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry, Duplex, Charlie’s Angels (2007) and some more movies titles I can’t remember. True aside, my entry for this week is 27 Dresses. It’s about this girl who has always been a bridesmaid but never a bride. She loves wedding and is always ready to organize one. But when her secret love and her sister decided to tie the knot, her own wedding dream is jeopardized. She got a wedding to ruin and a blossoming love life to handle and 27 dresses to dispatch.

I don’t know the song you mentioned. When I think of the Wedding Singer, yung Grow Old with You na song ang naalala ko. I love 27 dresses too. I found it very funny when she finally kissed her boss and felt nothing. She liked him for so long and when it was time for the kiss, nada. It’s so real that you have to love someone to kiss them and to feel something.

i enjoyed watching 27 dresses too marce peh. dito ko na napanood sa germany when i chanced upon the dvd. kakatuwa kase 27 weddings na na cya ang brides maid.. meron pa ung lizzie had to shuffle between two weddings in a day.
