I Love This Site

Mar 29, 2010 under Website | No Comment Yet

I love this site! I love the I Love Darly Site. Anna was one of the lucky three who guessed a small guessing game I got in my parenting blog. A month ago, I was browsing her site since I promised that who ever can guess it correctly will bring home $1M, er, a blog review from me. I love it, I super duper love it. Her template is one of the finest I have seen. Only later that I learned that her template comes from K. If I say I love it again, that would be kissing K’s A. So I will just talk about how Anna managed to make the template prettier. For one, the photo of her angel on the header is so cute. Navigation bar are clearly seen below it with links on three of the most loved page of her site, Home, Disclosure Poilicy and Contact. On her side bar, elements such as categories or label can be found. It makes reading her blog easier, specially if you were there to back read her entries. Maybe a little tweaking on her adsense will make it perfect (or maybe it’s just me).

Anna is a mom like me and you know where moms like us party? Mommy Moments! Yes, that’s why she landed this review site, she was also a MMers. And she do paid post too and she write really well (unlike those people who pretend they got head aches for copying paid post), even her paid post articles are worth a read. And just like any mom blogger, her blog is dominated by her angel, Thea. Thea won 7th place in Pinoy Smile Contest and though she ever won first place, her cutey smile is a winner to us. Also check out Anna’s post on Potty Training and for sure Mommies will learn something from it.

Movie Goers Soon

Mar 26, 2010 under Movies | 1 Comment

Somebody asked me if I have seen AVATAR already. The answer is no. I don’t why but I did not know about this movie. When I first heard Avatar, I thought it was the same as the cartoons that is shown in Disney Channel. I am totally clueless!

Well, me and hubby are not movie goers, we prefer watching movies in our home theater seating aka our bed. It’s no that we don’t like watching at cinemas but the fact that we have 4 kids to tag along can be really hard. And leaving them at home will be harder. We tried watching Transformers before with the two older boys and guess what, they fall asleep inside the movie house! It was really funny. Maybe when they got older they would appreciate movie house as for now, we can have popcorn in our bedroom.

TCP: AeonFlux

400 years in the future, set in the year 2415, Aeon Flux is a mysterious assassin. Four centuries after a virus nearly decimated the human race, leaving only five million survivors in a utopian city called Bregna. Aeon is struggling to destroy the Goodchild regime led by its namesake, Trevor Goodchild, the ruler of Bregna and a descendant of the man who found a cure for the deadly virus. As instructed by the Handler, Aeon is assigned to assassinate Goodchild, but there are deeper secrets to be discovered, and conspiracies to be foiled. (source)

I so love this movie because its cinematography is just great. Maybe it’s Charlize Theron curvaceous body that made me love this movie, but really I have seen this countless time and I still enjoy watching it.

Can you say no to that? :)
