Johnson’s Baby Bedtime
From my parenting blog, I said that I slowly losing my third boy and that I need to give him more attention. So when I heard about Johnson’s Bedtime Routine, I took the chance to make it our bedtime bonding routine too. I bought this regimen pack as my “gadget” for our bonding moments. I choose Johnson’s Baby Bedtime products because I want him to experience a good night sleep and made him feel that mommy loves him. I know for a fact that physical interaction is a very good way of letting our kids know we love them. What I did not know is the surprise that comes along in this little regimen pack.
The pack contains 3 bottles, a bath, a lotion and powder. This regimen pack is intended for regimen use (obviously) that will make your baby’s night a better one. Which will lead you to question, Why do the kids need a good night sleep? Aside for it give us mommies more time to blab and blog, it is also important on the child’s growth. I have learned (from the regimen pack, I do pay attention to product details) that the baby’s body produces 3x more growth hormones during the time that they are asleep. We can help them grow more if we can give them a good night sleep. Use the regimen pack to perform a bed time routine which will help your baby have a good night sleep.
What is Bedtime Routine?
The bedtime routine consist of three easy steps which is guaranteed to increase (23%) your baby’s sleep time. It can also reduced by 37% the time your kids awake at nights and can reduce the time needed to go back to sleep (37%). So if your kid awakes 2 to 4 times per night, it will gradually reduce.
Step 1. Give baby a warm bath that signals baby it’s time to bed.
Step 2. Give a soothing massage to help baby relax.
Step 3. Share some quiet time as baby falls asleep.
So easy eh? Yeah it is. I have been doing this for more than a week now and I can say that Chico got to rest more. Aside from that, it also builds our bond. Now, he is closer to me than ever.So for the review part. I can only say good thing about this product. This is one of the best I have known. I love products that are complete (a heaven for an OC like me). What can I ask for? A bath, a lotion and a powder (though I don’t use the powder that much). I am so in love with its smell and even the older kids loved it. I told them they can only use it during their night bath but they insist on using them on day time too. They really do love the soothing and calming smell of the bath product.
The lotion has a silky texture, not sticky (and I like it that way). I use it to massage Chico all over his body and the older boys too (their feet only nyahehe). And I also sneak and used it for time to time. (shh don’t tell my kids). Since I don’t use the powder that much, I can’t say anything yet, well aside from the smell is so distinct (just like the lotion and the bath) and we all love it (we are not just powder users). Will I buy again? Of course I would! As a mother it is very important to me to give the best to my babies and I believe that Johnson’s Baby Bedtime can give the best result for my baby. I had a guessing game in my parenting blog and the first three who can guess it right will win a blog review from me. And where else to put the blog reviews but here! The first one who guess it right was my Marce Liz. She currently have 4 blogs (kid’s blog, relationship blog, food blog and a personal blog). I choose to review her food blog, My Home…In The Kitchen.
It was my first time to see this blog and I was awed by its design. I love green and brown and the shade of green and brown on this site is super cool to the eyes. Obviously, the design is intended for food blogging. The header and the side images reflects what the blog is all about. The template is a 3 column kind, 1.2.1 type. The 1.2.1 type is a3 column template where in the main column is in the center. Personally, I don’t like this type of template. It was hard to maintain the sidebars having equal lengths. But it looks good on the template of My Home…In The Kitchen.
The blog is all about food. The title says it all and even first time visitors can say right away that it is indeed a food blog. Each posts are supported with photos, like the latest entry about STEAK. And oh, the photos are well embed in the post (oy marce paano un? ang ganda). I like it! It gives a 3d effect on the photos. Aside from the inviting photos on the website, each articles are written in a friendly manner. It is as if, me and the author are in front of each other, and she talks lively about her kitchen. And as I read her every entry, I can almost see how her eyes becomes bigger if she was in shocked or how her tone alters in disbelief. Yes, that’s how she writes, you can almost hear her. The recipes in this site are well written. It is organized and it is easy to follow.
If yuo will ask if I will come back again, of course I will! Aside from I love the colors, I knew I can learn a lot from this site. Every mom who loves to cook should visit My Home…In The Kitchen.

Johnson’s Melt Away Stress Daily Calming Lotion has AROMASOOTHE™. A trademark of all Johnson’s products. It is a stress reducing fragrance present in beauty products and has been proven clinically to help melt away daily tension and it also helps in having a better sleep at night. There was 2 small of this variant from the gift pack I received. Stress always come with the word mother. And that is 4 times in my my case (aside form eh stress I got for the hubby). Aside from the kids, I am also stressed out by my blogs. So when I got this Melt Away Stress Daily Calming Lotion, I used it while I blog. Whenever I feel like my mind is slowly turning into a porridge (lugaw na utak due to pressure, information overload or overdownload-> too much paid post), I would open the bottle and smell the lotion while I massage it into my arms. I usually apply generously on my hands (that’s why the two bottles only lasted for a week). I love the smell of it. It really does calm my nerves. And not to mention, the bottle is so cute and the color is so feminine. I would definitely buy more of this product.
